I started blogging back in 2008. I didn’t really have a purpose, other than to talk about my journey as a writer, books that I enjoyed reading, and a little bit about life in a small California town. That blog blossomed into a number of online writerly friends, many of whom became friends IRL, as well as a trove of interviews with authors, agents, and editors.
The first iteration of Write About Now started at LiveJournal. After about a year, I moved to Blogspot. You can still find the original posts online at LiveJournal and Blogspot. I think I managed to transfer all of the Blogspot posts over to this site along with later posts from sherriepetersen.com and sherriepetersenbooks.com (neither of which exists anymore).
While you’re more than welcome to dig through the archives, I’ve pulled out links below to all of the interviews with authors, agents and editors. Though some of the interviews are obviously dated, I’m still really proud of them and a lot of the information is still valid for writers who want to be published. Enjoy!
